Beach living is the best.

We got here yesterday at about 4 PM EST. By 5, we had the keys to our condo for the next two weeks The car was unloaded and we were chillin’ on the patio, staring at that vast, blue ocean.

This morning, we rented the bikes we’ll be using for the next two weeks. There isn’t enough money in this universe to get either of us to drive here unless we HAVE to. We had breakfast, and I just kissed him bye. He’s on his way to play in the water.

Me, I’m staring at that blue vastness thinking about the school work that needs to be done before midnight tonight and the book I’m writing.

Tomorrow, I’ll have an extension cord so I can write outside.

It really doesn’t get any better than this.
