Did you know there's a thing called serial fiction?

I didn't.

I thought I had my novel done, but it's not long enough. It's not even 29,000 words and I need at the bare minimum 40,000 for a novel.

Freak out!

So after freaking out, my personal assistant tells me, "There's serial fiction." I'm like, "What the crap?"

She explains, "serial fiction is where you publish a story every month or two at most and it is on the shorter end of things."

I'm all, "Cool. I can do this."
